This is such an unique and phenomenal hotel! I love the little unique touches such as check in being directly at the bar in the lobby and the rooftop bar looks like it would have been a great time (it was raining during my visit). The bartenders were all super friendly and poured amazing drinks and the light bar snacks were great as well. They even gave us a couple free drink tokens at check in. My only complaint is that the most basic room was “too trendy”, maybe there was a desk hidden somewhere but I didn’t find it and ended up having to answer a few emails from bed. Not a huge deal, but if I was spending multiple days here this would have become a burden.
Chris was so helpful! This was our first time visiting Cincinnati and he gave so many wonderful recommendations and helped us figure out the Connector schedule. He genuinely made our visit! I have never stayed at a hotel with more helpful staff. The room was stunning and everything was just a short walk away! The showers were also amazing!
Stayed for the holiday and it was so lovely. The only thing that could make it better would be breakfast and cheaper overnight parking. I requested towel origami like the cruises and they delivered we were soooo delighted. The morning host Charles(I believe his name was) he was so patient when I called panicking about my reservation. The roof top bar was great. Liz made us seasonal favorite and told us about their dollar tacos Wed - Friday. The games at the bar downstairs were a nice touch - I loss in chess but it was a really great stay. We’ll be back. Thank you for such a great staycation experience
The staff is super nice. The night crew especially were really fun. The bed was really comfortable. The only warning I would give is you could hear music from our rm 213. I fall asleep easily and sleep sound so it didn't bother me but if it would bother you, you may want to ask for a room away from sound. Decor is really nice. Modern and cute. I would describe this hotel as cool, definitely a vibe.
Rooms are small and have a European feel. No dresser, chest of drawers, or closet. It was fine for me, but people staying longer than a few nights with a lot of luggage might find the lack of a closet hard to deal with. Otherwise it was a great stay.
Room was clean, staff was great, location is perfect. My only thing is Marriott has taken the tiny room with all the amenities in lobby a bit too far. As a business traveler it was great, but I can't imagine splitting the room as a family.
Chris is a superstar and the whole staff was super polite and professional. Its a Moxy hotel. Does it have all the bells and whistles…no. But was the room clean and charming…yes! We love moxy hotels when we want something different and just a quick little trip. Thanks for a great experience and thanks to the staff for making us feel like VIP on our little staycation.
I hardly give any hotel 5 stars but this one definitely deserves it. Extremely comfortable bed. Super clean. Modern, chic, young, fun and exciting decor. Close to restaurants. Free drink upon check in. Complimentary coffee in the morning. Breakfast at the atrium next door is absolutely delicious. Extreme friendly staff. Shower appliances are electronic with all these fun settings.
